The Nebraska Plan is for those congregations who want to explore the concept of Total Ministry.  Congregations who are currently using this program are St. Luke's, Plattsmouth, St. Mark's, Creighton, St. Peter's, Lexington, St. George's, Oshkosh and Good Shepherd, Bridgeport.
